The ECAA Lethbridge Chapter is hosting a Lunch & Learn training session focused on improving the Customer Journey Experience—an interactive, practical session designed specifically for businesses in the electrical and construction industry.
This session will introduce how mapping and improving the external customer journey can help strengthen customer relationships, improve communication, and support long-term growth.
This is an educational session, not a sales presentation.

Please arrive early, the training will start promptly at noon. You may attend virtually from anywhere or join fellow chapter members in person at Eecol if you prefer. Lunch will be provided by Eecol if you wish to join in person.
We encourage members to attend and participate, as this session will also help shape future training opportunities for the Lethbridge chapter and beyond.
