Jobs falling apart because dispatch, PMs, and crews aren’t aligned? Join the Lethbridge Chapter as we continue the Client (Internal) Management Journey on Thursday March 19th over lunch. Client (Internal) Management - At an Optimized maturity level, the electrical company runs as one tight crew—field, office, and leadership working in sync with mutual respect. Daily communication is clear and consistent, feedback flows both ways, and collaboration is built into dispatch, estimating, project planning, and closeout. Job details, drawings, change notes, material status, and safety updates are shared fast and accurately, so electricians show up prepared and decisions get made without guesswork. The result is a supportive culture that reduces rework, prevents frustration, and keeps everyone aligned on delivering quality work profitably. This requires a holistic group understanding of how the quality of the job I do impacts others, myself, the organization as well as clients.
