The ECAA invites you to attend a Lunch n’ Learn with Life Coach from Wellness Innovate on May 12th. This focused, fast-paced workshop will explore practical strategies to support both personal and professional success, including: 

      The role of self-awareness in effective leadership and performance 

      Techniques for managing energy and preventing burnout 

      Tools for integrating self-care practices into everyday work life 

Self-awareness, energy management, and self-care are essential components of workplace well-being and sustained success. Participants will leave with actionable insights they can immediately apply to enhance performance, resilience, and overall well-being. We look forward to welcoming you for an informative and engaging session.
