ECAA Lunch n’ Learn: Coaching to Strength Too many workplaces focus on fixing weaknesses instead of building on what people do best—often leading to disengagement and missed potential. This fast-paced 45-minute session by Wellness Innovate will introduce the principles of strengths-based coaching and share practical tools to help you identify, develop, and leverage individual strengths within your team. The result? Higher engagement, stronger performance, and a more motivated workplace culture.
